doode. my head hurts. i have a feeling it's the effect of hashing out the long-winded, yet much needed, verbal vomiting of my co-workers and i on the discontent we have for our recent supervision--or the lack thereof, i should say. we'll see if things improve, but i'm cautiously optimistic.

my weekend was wonderful. i went to our holiday fundraiser, which brought in some mulah for us and bid with a co-worker for an auction basket for skinny raven, a local outdoors store. it basically equated to a 500-dollar gift certificate for $270. we returned the crap they had in there and got store credit. so i'm excited for my future skinny raven purchases.

and on a HORRIBLE impulse buy: i bought a pair of uggs that are effing sweet. let's just clarify: male uggs are much different from females uggs (except for the price). i had to order them via phone to use my gift cards, but i'm anticipating their arrival within a week. sweeeeeeet.

i had such an awesome sunday. i went skiing twice and while i definitely need to get back into the momentum and swing of skiing again, it's nice to know that i have four more months of snow to ski on! i do need ski gear though; i'm sweating up a storm when i'm skiing because i don't have any athletic moisture-absorbing shirts and pants: do i hear a trip for some patagucci at r.e.i.?
