.alice in wonderland.

what a bizarre film, that is. i had the opportunity to re-visit this psychotropic-drug induced, colorful, the-characters-were-actually-drawn-by-humans piece. i'm not sure what the exact point or plot of alice in fucked-up land is really, but i think i forgot *spoiler ahead* that it was all a dream. i mean, common sense would have most believe it has to be a dream sequence, but i thought perhaps little alice was, in fact, tripping on some local mushrooms or LSD or something.

.there's no place like home.

to steal from another young female protagonist and her adventures: there really is no place like home. and i'm going to be there in less than a week. hallelujah. in addition to visiting with my family, to enjoying the warm weather of the South, and to escaping the wonderful, yet sometimes isolating land of Alaska, i'm so flippin' excited for an upcoming wedding of one s. larche and m. marcilliat. oh. spencie: (if you're reading this) my rsvp for the rehearshal dinner is in the mail; it won't make it by the 18th, but i'm coming; so excited.

.i've been workin' on the railroad.

not really. but i have been working. sort of. i just got off of primary. primary: being the main advocate on-call; i don't go into the office, but respond to all "after-hour" sexual assaults. after a week of only two call-outs and the luxury of sleeping in and taking advantage of running errands during the actual business day, it'll be difficult to return to a full week of in-the-office D-rama. only five days. only five days. only. five. days.

.good night, farewell, ladadeedadeedaaaaa.

i don't actually know how that sound of music diddy goes.
